- Explain the difference between ego-dystonic and ego-syntonic thoughts

What your colleagues say about the OCD-EMDR team…
“EMDR for OCD offers insightful, practical guidance in a supportive environment. It's a valuable space to deepen clinical understanding, explore complex cases, and gain confidence in applying EMDR with OCD. I'd highly recommend it to any practitioner looking to strengthen their skills in this area”. – Shiraz Farrand, EMDR Consultant
“Friendly, supportive, informative, instructive. Range/blend of expertise from the supervisors was really great. A person-centred attitude, where the client is not pathologized, and we were looking at 'what happened'. This closely aligns with my original person-centred psychotherapy training”. Group Participant.
"I appreciated your humble and respectful cultural curiosity which felt very important to me in the way you addressed the cases with specific cultural differences. Bea, Linda, and Joyce, each one of them has a unique perspective and different approaches to address the questions which enriched the session so much"- Dr. Hoda Refaat Mahfouz Consultant Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist in Egypt.
